Our service
Waitlistd provides done-for-you enrollment marketing services for childcare businesses. The website describes our service and allows qualifying businesses to book a consultation call. The website and the consultation call are informational; no client relationship is created until both parties sign a separate written services agreement.
Bookings, rescheduling, and cancellation
Consultation calls are free of charge. You may reschedule or cancel your call at any time using the links in your confirmation email. We ask that you cancel or reschedule rather than simply not attending, and we may decline to rebook repeated no-shows. We may reschedule a call where necessary and will give you as much notice as we can.
Communications consent
By booking a call and providing your contact details, you consent to receive booking-related communications from us by email and — where you have separately opted in — by text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of booking.
Text messaging terms
If you opt in to text messages from Waitlistd, a service of Chatter Splatter Playgroup LLC, these terms apply. We send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notifications, and occasional updates about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help or contact us at andy@waitlistd.ai or +1 484-563-8484. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, and by opting in you confirm that you are at least 18.
Performance claims and results
Figures on this website — including enrollment results and cost-per-enrollment figures — reflect the actual results of childcare businesses operated by our founders, achieved with the same system we implement for clients. They are provided as illustrations, not promises. Results for any individual business depend on factors including location, capacity, pricing, staffing, and market conditions, and we do not guarantee that any particular business will achieve similar results.
Service guarantees
Where we offer a performance guarantee, its precise scope, conditions, and remedies are defined exclusively in the written services agreement signed between Waitlistd and the client. Statements on this website summarize that guarantee for convenience and do not themselves create contractual obligations.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Waitlistd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
